Our scope of services includes:

  1. Consultancy Services on Insolvency and Bankruptcy to Debtors, Creditors and other Insolvency Professionals.
  2. Role and responsibilities as Interim Resolution Professional and Resolution Professional:
    1. Management of Corporate Affairs of the Corporate Debtor.
    2. Determining the Financial position of the Debtor.
    3. Instructing the financial institutions.
    4. Executing Deeds, receipts and other documents of Debtor.
    5. Execution of Contracts and modification of the existing contracts where required.
    6. Accessing electronic Records with Information Utility
    7. Receive and Collate all the claims.
    8. Constitution of Committee of Creditors and conducting its Meetings.
    9. Monitoring the assets of the Debtor including Control and Custody of assets with ownership rights.
    10. File information collected with Information Utility, where required.
    11. Raise interim finance with the approval of Committee of Creditors.
    12. Determining the Voting share of the Creditors.
    13. Preparation of Information Memorandum.
    14. Obtaining approval from the Committee of Creditors for certain actions.
    15. Examination of Resolution Plan and obtain approval of the Committee of Creditors.
    16. Submission of Resolution Plan to Adjudicating Authority.
    17. Co-ordination with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
  3. Assistance in extension of period of Corporate Insolvency Process beyond 180 days.
  4. Liquidator Services.
  5. Fast Track Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
  6. Representing the Creditor in the meeting of Committee of Creditors, where such Creditor is the member.
  7. Appearance before the Tribunal – Adjudicating Authority.
